North Gaza is being starved

The genocidal Zionist invasion of northern Gaza has escalated into a mass extermination of Palestinians. Zionist forces are systematically slaughtering civilians, turning entire neighborhoods into rubble. Over the past two weeks, Jabalia, Gaza's largest refugee camp, has been a focal point, with airstrikes and tanks targeting homes, roads, and civilian infrastructure. Entire towns are cut off from urgent aid as the Zionist siege tightens. With the death toll of over 300,000 Palestinians, hospitals in the north—such as Kamal Adwan, Al-Awda, and the Indonesian hospital—are on the verge of collapse.

Medical staff are being forced to make impossible choices between life and death due to the suffocating Zionist blockade that has stopped food, water, and medical supplies from entering. Journalists documenting these atrocities, like Fadi Al Wahidi and Ali Al Attar, have been targeted and shot, an attempt to silence the truth. Fadi was paralyzed and slipped into a coma on October 17th due to lack of medical care. His evacuation is urgent, but Zionist forces have deliberately isolated the north. A global campaign under #SaveFadiAl_Wahidi is calling for his immediate evacuation.

Meanwhile, Hossam Shabbat, one of the few remaining journalists in the north, reports there is no food, water, or aid. Jabalia, once covered by media, is now void of journalists as the Zionist regime escalates its genocidal campaign. The people of Gaza are being starved and slaughtered with no way out. This is a systematic mass murder of Palestinian civilians. Entire neighborhoods like Jabalia, Beit Hanoun, and Beit Lahiya have been leveled by U.S.-made Zionist bombs, and the complete communication blackout has rendered rescue efforts nearly impossible.

This is a part of the broader Zionist strategy to eradicate the Palestinian presence in Northern Gaza, and to escalate the ethnic cleansing that was initiated decades ago. Over 231 UNRWA workers have been murdered, and more than 400 Palestinians are killed everyday during the past 15 days of this complete siege, further evidence that civilians and humanitarian workers are being directly targeted.

We call for immediate and unconditional action: an end to the Zionist occupation and the full dismantling of the settler colonial state. The blood of 400,000+ martyred Palestinians stains the hands of Western governments, and the international community has a moral obligation to respond.
